HOW THIS CAME TO BE
Hey, Paige here! Reign & Stone is my baby, and came about very suddenly and unexpectedly in mid-2024.
Coming from a corporate background, my spiritual side always used to be a "hobby" or "my quirk". Having grown up in the 90s, many New Age practices weren't as widely accepted as they are now, and so I learnt to protect this sacred part of myself by hiding it away.
When most Reiki Level II Practitioners were beginning to work with clients, I held this practice safely within my heart. Even through three months of Reiki Master training, I held the belief that this journey was for my self-development only.
It wasn't until the final day of Reiki Master training that a wave of truth washed over me. As we sat in a group and shared our journeys of growth, I realised that this gift hasn't been given to me to hide it, or myself, away. It is to share — hold space for people — and help the world heal. Because having the right support on the journey to heal is better than doing it alone.
Now, as a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher-in-training, I offer this gift to anyone who feels ready to release what no longer serves them, and embark on their own personal journeys of self-realisation.
WHY REIKI AND SOUND HEALING?

And yet, I found myself so stuck. The problem for me was that I went into each healing session expecting the practitioner to do all the work for me. When I discovered Reiki, it was the first time I truly took my healing into my own hands, running the marathon myself, seeing the practitioner as a support rather than the leader of my journey. This is why I chose to start Reign & Stone as a Reiki Practitioner. To help you 'reign' within your own life, stand in your sovereign power and make decisions for your highest good, rather than others making those decisions for you. I want to support you in your healing, and help you get to where you want and choose to be.
